Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

  • We ship at almost all locations within India through First Flight Couriers
  • There are NO shipping charges for orders above Rs 999/-. For orders less than Rs 999/- a nominal flat shipping charges of Rs 75 is applicable per order
  • Items are only delivered on business days. Apart from Sundays, there are certain holidays throughout the year that are not considered as business days. Deliveries will not happen on these days
  • The estimated time of delivery is between 5-8 business days. However, in exceptional cases it can take up to 10 business days
  • Presently we do not ship to International locations

Return Policy:

  • We endeavor to provide you with a pleasant, hassle-free, purchasing experience and so if you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91 9820557753 or email us at care@fashionstatement.in mentioning your order details. We will provide a replacement for the item
  • Some of our pieces are exclusive and we may not be able to provide you with a replacement item. We will keep you posted on the same and in such cases we will process a refund. Refund will be credited within 10 business days post the product being received by us. The refund will be in same form that the payment has been received
  • Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. Return shipment cost to be borne by the buyer.

The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

  • Any product that does not reach us within 7 days (including holidays) post delivery
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
  • In case the product you have received is neither 'Damaged', nor 'Defective' nor 'Not as Described';
